Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas have dramatically decreased the asking price of their Hudson River home by $2.25 million—nearly two years after they listed it for $12 million.
Douglas, 81, and Zeta-Jones, 56, first put their sprawling New York dwelling on the market in June 2024, less than five years after buying the historical property for just $4.5 million. They are understood to have carried out extensive renovations to the dwelling in the years since.
