Unemployment from the euro area and Spain are due on Thursday, headlining a light day for the European economic news.
At 3.00 am ET, Spain’s labor ministry is scheduled to issue unemployment data. The number of unemployed is expected to increase 15,400 in September.
At 4.00 am ET, Italy’s statistical office publishes unemployment figures for August. The jobless rate is forecast to remain unchanged at 6.0 percent.
At 5.00 am ET, Eurostat is slated to release euro area unemployment data. The jobless rate is seen at 6.2 percent in August, the same as in July.
